Living our values strengthens our impact and ensures our projects and initiatives are purposeful, deliver tangible outcomes, and are designed for the communities and audiences they serve.
Ensuring all communities in Australia have fair and equal access to resources and opportunities, while addressing systemic barriers that limit full participation and contribution to society.
Focusing on system navigation and universal design to ensure systems are inclusive and reflect the communities they serve. We express this value internally by ensuring our processes, communications, and documents are clear, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Embracing creative and forward-thinking approaches to tackle complex social issues in Australia. Internally, this drives us to seek better ways of working, build new systems, and ensure our projects are sustainable over the long term.
Fostering partnerships and alliances with community, providers, and government to better serve communities, while strengthening the sector by bringing stakeholders together and working effectively towards shared outcomes.
Developing and promoting policies that support long-term social and economic health, while designing our projects and digital products to be sustainable, scalable, and responsibly managed for lasting impact.
Embedding our values in all we do, guided by honesty, transparency, and ethical practice, to build trust, strengthen relationships, and deliver better outcomes for Australia's diverse communities.

We honour the resilience, strength, and diversity of First Nations cultures and celebrate their ongoing contributions to society. Through our work, we strive to support equity, inclusion, and respect for the world’s oldest continuing cultures, understanding that this is fundamental to achieving social justice and a better future for all Australians.
